We have recently delivered 66 dehumidifiers for installation in an elderly housing facility in NC to occur. In many elderly facilities we have found residents prefer temperatures inside their apartments to be set in the 75 to 80 degree range. In many scenarios what we find is elevated relative humidity rates (60% RH and above) accompany these temperatures and the IW25 is a perfect preventative solution.
